What happens next

  • We read it and sort it — correction, technical, or accessibility.
  • If it is a correction, we check it against the page and its sources before changing anything.
  • If it is a bug, we try to reproduce it before calling it fixed.
  • If your message changes a page, you will usually see it in the next update.

Corrections

A factual error, a dead reference, a broken image, or wording that reads wrong. This is the message we most want to get — send the page URL and a source if you have one.

Technical issues

Sign-in trouble, a page that will not load, or a study tool that is misbehaving. A screenshot and the URL help us reproduce it quickly.

Licensing and other enquiries

Licensing, institutional access, or partnership ideas. OrthoVellum is independently run, so we cannot say yes to every request — but we read it and reply.

Accessibility and advertising

Anything hard to use with assistive technology, or an ad placement that gets in the way. Tell us and we will fix it.
