Stiffness After Total Knee Arthroplasty

TKA Complications

A 62-year-old woman is 8 weeks after primary total knee arthroplasty. Despite physical therapy, her range of motion is only 5-70 degrees. She had good motion (0-115 degrees) in the recovery room.
