TKA Complications
A 62-year-old woman is 8 weeks after primary total knee arthroplasty. Despite physical therapy, her range of motion is only 5-70 degrees. She had good motion (0-115 degrees) in the recovery room. Radiographs show well-positioned components without loosening. She is very frustrated and her surgeon discusses options including manipulation under anesthesia.
