Shoulder Arthroplasty
A 72-year-old woman presents with severe right shoulder pain and weakness for 3 years. She has difficulty raising her arm above shoulder level. Examination reveals pseudoparalysis with inability to actively forward flex beyond 60 degrees despite full passive range of motion.
