Revision Hip Bone Loss Paprosky

Revision Surgery

A 68-year-old woman presents with painful loosening of her right total hip arthroplasty performed 15 years ago. Radiographs show acetabular component migration with superior and medial bone loss, disruption of Kohler's line, and ischial lysis.
