Inflammatory Arthritis Shoulder
A 58-year-old female with a 20-year history of rheumatoid arthritis presents with progressive bilateral shoulder pain and functional limitation. She has difficulty with overhead activities and cannot sleep on either side. Medical management includes methotrexate and a biologic DMARD with well-controlled systemic disease.
