Shoulder Hemiarthroplasty
A 72-year-old female with good premorbid function presents with a displaced 4-part proximal humerus fracture after a fall. The humeral head is markedly displaced and rotated, with complete loss of medial hinge. CT scan shows a head-split component with greater than 40% articular involvement.
