TKA Complications
A 64-year-old woman presents 8 months after posterior-stabilized TKA with an audible and palpable "clunk" during active knee extension from 30-40 degrees of flexion. The knee is well-aligned with full range of motion. She describes the sensation as uncomfortable but not painful. Radiographs show a well-fixed prosthesis with satisfactory patellar tracking.
