THA Complications
A 58-year-old woman presents 6 years after primary THA with a large-diameter (36mm) cobalt-chromium femoral head on a titanium alloy stem. She reports progressive hip pain and a recent sensation of instability. There is no history of dislocation. Radiographs show well-fixed components without loosening.
