Cavovarus Foot Deformity

Foot Disorders

A 25-year-old woman presents with bilateral foot pain, recurrent ankle sprains, and difficulty finding comfortable shoes. Examination reveals high-arched feet with the first metatarsal plantarflexed relative to the lesser metatarsals.
