Charcot Neuroarthropathy - Staging and Management

Diabetic Foot

A 58-year-old man with poorly controlled Type 2 diabetes presents with a red, hot, swollen foot without history of trauma. He has peripheral neuropathy and cannot feel monofilament testing.
