Diabetic Foot
A 62-year-old man with type 2 diabetes of 15 years duration presents with a hot, swollen right foot without pain. He denies any trauma. On examination, the foot is erythematous and warm with a temperature difference of 4 degrees Celsius compared to the left foot. There is no break in skin integrity.
