Haglund's Deformity - Diagnosis and Management

A 32-year-old female runner presents with 8 months of posterior heel pain, worse when wearing stiff-backed shoes. On examination, there is a prominent posterosuperior calcaneal tuberosity with overlying skin irritation and tenderness medial to the Achilles tendon insertion.
