A 52-year-old woman presents with progressive midfoot pain over 18 months. She recalls a "sprain" 3 years ago that was treated with a walking boot. She now has difficulty walking on uneven ground and experiences pain with push-off. Examination reveals a flatfoot deformity with midfoot prominence dorsally.
