Stress Fractures
A 22-year-old sprinter presents with vague midfoot pain that has been worsening over 6 weeks. Pain is worse with running and improves with rest but never fully resolves. Physical examination reveals point tenderness over the dorsal navicular (N-spot). Plain radiographs are normal.
