Ankle Pathology
A 28-year-old man presents with persistent right ankle pain 8 months after an ankle sprain. He has ongoing deep ankle ache, intermittent swelling, and catching sensations. Weight-bearing radiographs show a subtle lucency on the medial talar dome.
