Posterior Process Talus Fractures

Talus Fractures

A 24-year-old ballet dancer presents with chronic posterior ankle pain worsened by plantarflexion movements (relevé position). She recalls a twisting injury 6 months ago. Examination reveals tenderness posterior to the lateral malleolus between the peroneal tendons and Achilles. Pain is reproduced with forced plantarflexion.
