Hindfoot Pathology
A 48-year-old construction worker presents with 3 years of progressive hindfoot pain after a calcaneal fracture treated non-operatively 5 years ago. Pain is worse on uneven ground, relieved by rest, and localised to the lateral hindfoot. He walks with an antalgic gait.
