Congenital Hand Anomalies
A 5-year-old boy is referred with radial deviation of both small fingers present since birth. The deviation has progressively increased. On examination, there is approximately 30 degrees of radial angulation at the distal interphalangeal joint of both small fingers. Flexion and extension are normal.
