A 62-year-old man of Northern European descent presents with progressive inability to fully extend his right ring and small fingers over the past 3 years. He has palpable nodules in the palm and cords extending to the fingers with 40° MCP contracture and 60° PIP contracture of the small finger. His father and brother have similar deformities.
