Dupuytren's Disease
A 62-year-old male of Northern European descent presents with progressive flexion contracture of the ring finger MCP joint measuring 35 degrees, present for 2 years. He has bilateral disease, a family history of Dupuytren's, and early Ledderhose disease (plantar fibromatosis). The PIP joint is unaffected. He requests the least invasive treatment option.
