Lunate Dislocations - Perilunate, Mayfield Staging, Treatment

Carpal Instability

A 28-year-old man presents to the emergency department after falling from a motorcycle onto an outstretched hand. He has significant wrist swelling, limited range of motion, and numbness in the median nerve distribution. Lateral radiograph shows the lunate tilted volarly with loss of normal carpal alignment.
