Hand Arthritis
A 58-year-old woman with long-standing rheumatoid arthritis presents with progressive deformity and dysfunction of both hands. Examination reveals bilateral ulnar drift at the MCP joints with volar subluxation of the proximal phalanges. X-rays show Larsen Grade IV changes with joint destruction.
