Carpal Fractures
A 35-year-old man presents after falling onto his outstretched hand while cycling. He reports pain localized to the volar-ulnar aspect of his wrist. Examination reveals tenderness directly over the pisiform with pain on resisted wrist flexion and ulnar deviation. Standard PA and lateral wrist radiographs appear normal.
