Lyme Disease
A 42-year-old bushwalker from the Northern Beaches of Sydney presents with a 3-week history of right knee pain and swelling. He recalls a tick bite 6 weeks ago followed by an expanding circular rash that resolved spontaneously. Examination reveals a moderate knee effusion with restricted range of motion.
