Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita

Neuromuscular Disorders

A newborn is referred with multiple joint contractures affecting all four limbs. The baby has internally rotated shoulders, extended elbows, flexed wrists, dislocated hips, extended knees, and severe clubfeet. There is no active movement at multiple joints.
