Clubfoot Management

Paediatric Foot

A newborn male is noted to have a rigid foot deformity on the right side. The foot is in equinus with heel in varus, forefoot adducted and supinated, and a deep medial crease. The deformity does not fully correct with gentle manipulation. There are no other abnormalities on examination and the pregnancy was uncomplicated.
