Foot Deformities
A 2-week-old infant is referred with bilateral rigid foot deformities. Examination reveals cavus, forefoot adductus, heel varus, and ankle equinus that cannot be corrected passively. The calcaneus is not palpable posteriorly. The feet are graded as Pirani 5 bilaterally. The family is counseled about the Ponseti method of treatment.
