Congenital Constriction Bands

Congenital Limb Disorders

A newborn is noted to have circumferential skin indentations around the middle and ring fingers of the left hand with fusiform swelling distal to the bands. The fingertips appear normal but there is syndactyly between the distal tips of the ring and little fingers with separation at the base (fenestrated web).
