Congenital Pseudarthrosis of Tibia

Congenital Limb Disorders

A 3-year-old girl presents with progressive anterolateral bowing of the right leg. Her parents noticed the bowing at birth but it has worsened. She has multiple cafe-au-lait spots. X-ray shows anterolateral bowing of the tibia with cortical thickening, medullary canal narrowing, and cystic changes at the junction of the middle and distal thirds.
