Congenital Radial Head Dislocation

Pediatric Upper Limb

A 10-year-old girl presents with limited elbow extension and a prominent lateral elbow mass that has been present "for as long as her parents can remember." There is no history of trauma. Examination reveals full flexion but restricted extension by 30 degrees with a palpable prominence laterally.
