Distal Femoral Physeal Injuries

Physeal Injuries

A 14-year-old boy is brought to the emergency department after a motorcycle collision. He has severe pain and deformity of his right thigh with an inability to bear weight. The distal leg is cool with diminished dorsalis pedis pulse compared to the contralateral side.
