Forearm Injuries
A 12-year-old boy falls onto his outstretched hand while skateboarding. He presents with pain and deformity of the distal forearm. Radiographs show a displaced distal radial metaphyseal fracture with widening of the distal ulnar physis and dorsal displacement of the distal ulna relative to the radius.
