Lower Limb Deformity
An 18-month-old child is referred by a paediatrician for bilateral bowed legs. The mother reports the bowing was first noticed when the child started walking at 12 months. The child is otherwise healthy with normal developmental milestones. On examination, there is symmetric bilateral genu varum with an intercondylar distance of 4cm.
