Juvenile Hallux Valgus
A 12-year-old female presents with bilateral painful bunions. Her mother also has hallux valgus. Examination reveals hallux valgus angle of 32 degrees and intermetatarsal angle of 14 degrees bilaterally. The first metatarsophalangeal joint is passively correctable.
