Congenital Hand Conditions
A 2-year-old girl is referred with progressive enlargement of her right index and middle fingers since birth. The affected digits are disproportionately large with increased adipose tissue. Radiographs show enlarged phalanges and metacarpals with advanced bone age in the affected digits. Sensation is normal but the digits interfere with grasp function. Regarding macrodactyly:
