Elbow Disorders
A 2-year-old girl is brought to the emergency department after her parent pulled on her arm while walking. She now refuses to use the arm and holds it slightly flexed and pronated at her side. There is no swelling or deformity. She cries when the arm is moved but allows gentle palpation without significant distress. Radiographs are normal.
