Radial Club Hand

Congenital Upper Limb Anomalies

A newborn is noted to have bilateral short forearms with radially deviated wrists and absent thumbs. The hands are positioned at right angles to the forearms. Radiographs confirm complete absence of the radius bilaterally with thumb aplasia.
