Apophysitis
A 10-year-old boy presents with bilateral heel pain that worsens during and after soccer practice. He denies any specific injury. Examination reveals tenderness over the posterior calcaneus bilaterally with a positive squeeze test. He has limited ankle dorsiflexion due to gastrocnemius tightness.
