Toddlers Fracture
A 15-month-old boy is brought to the emergency department because he refuses to weight-bear on his left leg since yesterday. His mother reports he was playing normally and she did not witness any fall or injury. Examination reveals a well-appearing child with no bruising or swelling but he cries when the left leg is manipulated. Initial AP and lateral radiographs of the tibia are reported as normal.
