Cervical Spine Trauma
A 28-year-old man presents after diving into shallow water. He has neck pain but is neurologically intact. CT of the cervical spine shows bilateral pars interarticularis fractures of C2 with 4mm of anterolisthesis of C2 on C3. There is no angulation at the C2-3 disc space.
