Hangman's Fracture - Traumatic Spondylolisthesis of C2

Cervical Spine Trauma

A 45-year-old male is brought to the emergency department after a high-speed motor vehicle collision. He was the unrestrained driver and struck the windshield. He complains of severe neck pain but has no neurological deficits.
