Multiple Myeloma Spine
A 70-year-old female with multiple myeloma develops progressive lower extremity weakness over 48 hours. MRI shows a T8 lesion with epidural tumor causing severe cord compression. She has Medical Research Council (MRC) grade 3/5 power in her lower limbs. She was ambulatory prior to this episode.
