Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction

Sacroiliac Joint

A 42-year-old woman presents with 18 months of right-sided low back and buttock pain radiating to the posterior thigh but not below the knee. She has difficulty sitting for prolonged periods and reports pain turning in bed. Examination shows a positive FABER test, Gaenslen test, and thigh thrust test on the right.
