Hip Pathology
A 28-year-old female dancer presents with 12 months of anterior groin pain worse with activity, prolonged sitting, and pivoting movements. She describes occasional clicking and a feeling of instability. Examination shows a positive FADIR test (pain with flexion, adduction, internal rotation) and positive anterior impingement test.
