Hip Pathology
A 30-year-old soccer player presents with 8 months of groin pain and mechanical symptoms. Pain is worse with prolonged sitting, pivoting, and deep hip flexion. Examination shows pain with FADIR test (flexion, adduction, internal rotation) and limited internal rotation. MR arthrogram shows an anterosuperior labral tear.
