Knee Conditions
A 28-year-old marathon runner presents with lateral knee pain that developed 3 weeks ago after increasing her weekly mileage. The pain begins about 20 minutes into her runs and resolves with rest. Examination reveals tenderness 2cm proximal to the lateral joint line over the lateral femoral epicondyle, a positive Ober test bilaterally, and pain with the Noble compression test.
