Ankle Disorders
A 25-year-old basketball player presents with recurrent right ankle sprains. He has had 8 "rolling" episodes over the past 3 years since an initial severe inversion injury. He reports giving way during cutting maneuvers. Examination reveals positive anterior drawer test, positive talar tilt test, and peroneal weakness.
