A 45-year-old recreational tennis player presents with 3 months of lateral elbow pain that is worse with gripping activities and lifting. The pain started insidiously without trauma. Examination reveals tenderness over the lateral epicondyle, pain with resisted wrist extension (especially with elbow extended), and a positive Cozen test.
