Elbow Disorders
A 42-year-old office worker presents with lateral elbow pain that has gradually worsened over 6 months. She has difficulty with gripping and lifting objects. Examination reveals tenderness over the lateral epicondyle, pain with resisted wrist extension, and a positive Cozen's test. She has no history of significant trauma.
