A 48-year-old avid golfer presents with 4 months of medial elbow pain that worsens with gripping and wrist flexion activities. The pain radiates to the forearm but not past the wrist. Examination reveals tenderness over the medial epicondyle, pain with resisted wrist flexion and forearm pronation, and mild ulnar nerve irritability at the cubital tunnel.
